  • When I'm shopping at this store is my information secure?

Yes, it definitely is. Shopping with a secured store like ours is one of the most secure ways of shopping on the internet All of our payments are taken through an SSL secured connection.

  • Do I need a PayPal account to place an order?

 No, you don't need a PayPal account. When checking out you can select the option to "Check out without an account" On the login screen for PayPal or pay via our built-in payment provider Stripe by entering your info.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards and now also accept eCheque as payment.

  • How are your postage costs calculated?
All of our postage costs are based on a first class price for a medium parcel as standard, of course, the price may increase when you add an item that may require larger packaging but we have designed our postage calculator to allow flat rates based on packaging alone rather than the number of products added.

  • When will my item be delivered?
Delivery is based around Royal Mail's First Class service and can take 2-5 days for surface mail orders. For overseas orders please allow extra time, your order can take up to 2 weeks to arrive due to your country's customs procedures.

  • Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We are not responsible for any tax/extra charges that your country may charge for importing an item or your item being denied/prohibited by your countries customs.

  • When are your holiday/festive season orders delivered?
Delivery time depends on the mail carrier workload. Typically we cut off a guaranteed order around late December for the United Kingdom and mid-December for International customers. This doesn't mean that you can't place an order with us but it does mean that there is a chance your order may not arrive in time for the holiday season.

  • When will my item be dispatched if I pay by eCheque?
Your item will be dispatched from us the same day as the eCheque has cleared if on a working day, if not it will be the next following working day.

  • What do I do if I need to return/exchange an item?
You may return/exchange an item as long as the product condition is as new and it is in within 28 days from the original order (excluding pre-orders, please contact us for more info). To do this please contact us via hello[@]criticallyacclaimed[.]co[.]uk with the subject "Returns" and we shall send you the details to complete your request. Include brief info on why/what you would like to return and we will work closely with you to fix the problem. - Unfortunately, we can not offer refunds on Sale items but we can exchange for you.

  • I didn't receive an order confirmation, what do I do?
You should have received 2 emails, 1 being your order confirmation and the other being your order receipt from PayPal or Stripe. If you have just placed an order and not received these please contact us asap and we will assist you.

  • Do you offer wholesale on your products?

We can offer a wholesale account to select stores who wish to carry our collections. Please contact us for more information.
